Frequently asked questions about Microsoft 365

Can you migrate from Google Workspace?

Yes — one of our most common cases. We migrate email (Gmail → Exchange Online), Drive → OneDrive/SharePoint, Calendar → Outlook Calendar, contacts. Typical time for a 50-user company: 2-4 weeks with weekend cutover.

Do you keep our current domain?

Yes. Your @yourcompany.com domain connects to the new Microsoft 365 tenant. We only configure DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, autodiscover). Emails continue arriving at the same address.

Do you handle Microsoft 365 Business Premium with Defender?

Yes. In fact, we recommend Business Premium for most companies >25 users because it includes Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (EDR), Intune (MDM), Conditional Access, and Information Protection — features that would cost 4-5x if bought separately.

Can you integrate Microsoft 365 with our ERP / CRM?

Depends on the ERP/CRM. For the most common (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP, Siigo, World Office, Helisa), we have prior experience. We configure SSO via Entra ID, email and calendar integrations, and Power Automate connectors when applicable.

Do you train non-technical users?

Yes, it's part of the service. We run 1-2 hour sessions per team (HR, sales, finance, operations), tailored to how each team uses the tools. Materials in Spanish, examples from your real business cases.
