Pricing FAQs

Why don't you show exact pricing?

Every business is different: number of users, device types, sites, regulated vs unregulated sectors, existing infrastructure. We give an exact quote after a no-cost initial diagnostic (30-60 min) to ensure the price reflects your operational reality, not an average.

What counts as a "managed device"?

Any endpoint with our monitoring agent installed: PCs, laptops, physical or virtual servers, managed network gear (firewalls, managed switches), VoIP. NOT counted: standard printers, monitors, peripherals.

Are there hidden extra costs?

No. The fixed monthly fee covers unlimited remote tickets, monitoring, reports, and everything described in the plan. On-site visits have an annual per-device allotment by plan: Essential includes 2 per device per year, Advanced 4 per device per year, and Custom an amount agreed in contract. Extra costs only if you request out-of-plan services (e.g., migration project, hardware purchase, licensing). These are quoted separately and approved before execution.

Do you accept mid-contract plan changes?

Yes. Monthly you can upgrade Essential → Advanced (effective immediately) or downgrade (with 30 days notice). Custom plan has a recommended annual contract but is negotiable.

Do you bill in USD or COP?

COP by default. For clients with international parent companies, we offer USD invoicing with monthly agreed exchange rate.
