Solid and scalable IT infrastructure
We design, deploy, and manage servers, networks, and cloud services (Azure, AWS). We keep your infrastructure healthy, secure, and ready to grow.
— THE SERVICE
The foundation everything else runs on
When infrastructure works, no one notices it — and that's what we want. Servers that don't fall, networks that don't saturate, cloud that doesn't overbill. But this only happens if someone designs it well from the start, sizes it correctly, and keeps it healthy month after month.
Our infrastructure service covers three layers: servers (physical on-site or virtual in cloud), networks (LAN, enterprise Wi-Fi, VPN, SD-WAN for multi-site), and cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). For each layer: design, implementation, continuous monitoring, monthly patching, and capacity planning.
For businesses still running physical servers in their offices, we assess whether cloud migration or local virtualization makes sense (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox). We don't move to cloud for fashion — only when there's a clear business case: lower TCO, higher availability, needed scalability.
For businesses already in cloud (typically Azure or AWS), we optimize: identify overbilled services, recommend reserved instances, configure auto-scaling, improve architecture to reduce egress costs. Average audited business: 30-40% reduction in monthly cloud bill without losing capacity.
Enterprise networks are our other specialty. Well-designed enterprise Wi-Fi (not consumer routers in offices), VLANs for segmentation, perimeter firewall integrated with cybersecurity, VPN for secure remote work, SD-WAN for multi-site businesses. Result: fast, secure, manageable network.
— PROCESS
How infrastructure management works
- 01
Infrastructure assessment
We inventory servers, network, cloud, licensing. We identify risks, overcosts, single points of failure.
- 02
Design and proposal
We design target architecture with a business case (TCO, risk, scalability). Approval with your team.
- 03
Phased implementation
Gradual migration or deployment minimizing downtime. Complete documentation.
- 04
Operations and optimization
Continuous monitoring, patching, continuous optimization, monthly reports with metrics.

Frequently asked questions about infrastructure
Do you work with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud?
All three. Most of our customers in Colombia use Azure (for integration with Microsoft 365) or AWS. We handle Google Cloud when the client is already there or has specific workloads (BigQuery, Vertex AI).
Do you handle on-premise servers or only cloud?
Both. Many Colombian SMBs still have physical servers for regulatory, latency, or bandwidth reasons. We administer them exactly like any other component.
How much does cloud migration cost?
Depends a lot: infrastructure size, application complexity, downtime tolerance, target model (lift-and-shift vs re-architecture). For an SMB with 5-10 virtual servers, typical project is 4-8 weeks. Exact quote after assessment.
Do you offer high availability and disaster recovery?
Yes. For critical workloads we design HA architecture — replication between datacenters, load balancers, automatic failover. For disaster recovery, we configure secondary sites with documented RPO/RTO.
Do you handle specific compliance (PCI-DSS, ISO, HIPAA)?
For PCI-DSS and ISO 27001, yes, with technical assistance. HIPAA doesn't apply in Colombia. For Law 1581 (personal data) we offer full hardening + documentation. Formal audit is performed by an independent third party.
